About this place

I live alone in a 3-bedroom, 2-bath house located just 10 minutes west of the Las Vegas Strip. This home offers two guest bedrooms with queen beds and three sofa beds that guests can also sleep on. Guests have access to a dedicated bathroom. Additionally, a 7-person hot tub is available for year-round use.

The Space

Each guest room is equipped with a queen bed and a 40-inch TV. One room includes a Blu-ray player and Roku, while the other features a Roku streaming device. Both are set up with Netflix, HBO Go, and Sling TV. Extra HDMI cables are available to connect personal electronics to the TVs.

Guests have access to the bedrooms, living room, fireplace, kitchen, and backyard with a hot tub.
