About This Place

Located in a newly developed neighborhood, this private room offers a comfortable and secure stay. The home was built in August 2020 and is in a safe area with plenty of walking and biking paths. A park and basketball court are right across the street. The home is within walking distance of Walmart, Trader Joe’s, In-N-Out, Dollar Store, and more. Lake Tahoe and Reno are just a 30-minute drive away.

The Space

The room features a comfortable queen bed with extra bedding and room-darkening shades for better sleep. Guests have access to a shared bathroom stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and fresh towels. The home has Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+, and YouTube TV. The backyard includes a finished deck with outdoor furniture.

This is a shared space with other guests, but all rooms have locks and keys for privacy. Guests can message the host if they want to book all three available rooms.

A $10 discount per night (up to five nights) is available for military personnel, first responders, teachers, and nurses with proof of status. If the room rate is already discounted at $35 per night, no additional discounts apply.
