Additional Rules
- Monthly Room & Bathroom Condition Check: For stays of 30 days or longer, a room and bathroom inspection will occur every 30 days to ensure cleanliness and safety. Guests will receive at least 48 hours' notice before the inspection.
- Guest Responsibilities for Cleanliness: Guests are expected to maintain the cleanliness of their space, including regular trash disposal, prompt cleaning of spills, and proper food storage to prevent pests. Basic cleaning supplies are provided.
- Noise Policy: Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM to respect neighbors and other guests. Excessive noise, loud music, or disruptive behavior is not allowed at any time.
- Guest Visitors: Visitors are allowed between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM unless pre-approved. Overnight visitors are not permitted without prior approval and may incur an additional fee.
- Damage Policy: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, furnishings, or provided items. Please report any accidental damage immediately to avoid penalties.
- Use of Shared Spaces: If shared spaces are available (e.g., kitchen, living room, patio), please clean up after use and store personal items in your room when not in use.
- Prohibited Activities: The following activities are strictly prohibited indoors: smoking, use of illegal substances, parties, events, large gatherings, and subletting your space or transferring your reservation.
- Repairs & Maintenance: Report any maintenance issues (e.g., plumbing, appliances) immediately for prompt resolution. Do not attempt to repair or alter any part of the property.
- Laundry Usage: Laundry facilities are available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Please avoid overloading the machines.
- Respect for the Property: Treat the property as your own and respect house decor and rules. Furniture should not be moved without prior approval.
- End-of-Stay Cleaning: Guests are expected to leave the space tidy, with all personal belongings removed and trash taken out.
- Extensions or Early Termination: For stay extensions or early termination, please provide at least 7 days' notice to avoid additional fees or scheduling conflicts.
