Our Silicon Valley Bungalow has been thoughtfully renovated to combine modern amenities with a cozy, homely feel. With the added convenience of self check-in through a smartlock, your stay will be seamless from start to finish.

- Shared Spaces: You'll have access to a shared bathroom and the beautifully landscaped courtyard, ideal for outdoor relaxation.
- High-Speed WiFi: Stream your favorite shows or attend video calls with our 119 Mbps fast mesh WiFi network.
- Premium Water: Drinkable water from any tap ensures you stay refreshed throughout your stay.
- Comfortable Climate: With air conditioning and heating, as well as fans and space heaters in your room, we’ve made sure you’ll stay comfortable, no matter the season.
Guest Access
- Private Entrance: Access your room via a backdoor with a secure digital keylock. Simply enter the pin, unlock the door, and enjoy the space.
- Security: We have exterior cameras for guest safety. Please lock the door when leaving and returning to your room. For checkout, leave the room key on the desk and lock the exterior door.
- Shared Kitchen: While the kitchen is not available for guest use, you're welcome to access the filtered water in your room for all your hydration needs.
Other Things to Note
- Thermostat: The temperature is automatically regulated between 68-75°F, but you can adjust the room’s temperature using the fan or space heater for extra comfort.
- Noise: Since toddlers are around the house, we provide disposable earplugs for light sleepers.
- Property Construction: A tiny guest house is being built at the back of the property, and materials may occasionally pass through the courtyard from 9 AM to 5 PM on weekdays.

- Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM.
- Guests: Max of 2 guests, no pets allowed.
- Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- No Smoking: No smoking (including e-cigarettes) or drugs on the property.
- Safety & Etiquette: Always lock doors when leaving and follow bathroom etiquette. No candles, incense, or flammable materials. Please inform us about any visitors ahead of time.
